This is Kona, one of the cats we rescued from the local animal shelter. He doesn't go out much, here he is this morning stalking some imaginary creature in the yard. D800, 300 f/4 with 1.4TC

Thanks. At the shelter they identified him as a her, named him Beverley. He was happy to leave that nightmare behind.

A guy named Beverley, makes me think of Johnie Cash. Our rescue kitty was named Felix, but she was 9 months old and had already had a litter. We promptly named her Trixy. She is a sweetie pie.
