Hi everyone,

I've got a new site up with free music for anyone who might find it useful. It's all original...all my own stuff...and it's available to use commercially as well as non-commercially. All I ask is to be credited as indicated on my homepage.

soundimage.org

The cost of music today is truly outrageous, so I'm trying to do my part to help. I hope you find it useful. Any and all feedback, suggestions, etc., are welcome and appreciated.

Thanks and enjoy,

Eric

Looks promising, though I note (groan :) ) that they are rather short, if one was needing a longer piece for some footage. If using a clip repeatedly through a film it could sound monotonous.

Unfortunately this is true, but hey he's letting us use his music for free so who are we to complain. I have found that of all the free resources I have found for use in marketing(I work for a non-profit so we gotta do stuff on the cheap cheap) the biggest problems have been that the tunes you usually get will be either short or repetitive, the free sites usually lack the variety that you get with subscription sites as well.

I can expand any of my pieces if you need something customized for a project. Just email me with the details. :D

Yeah, I've had more than one request for longer pieces. I can expand any of them to custom fit your project if need be. Just email me with details if you find something you want to use. :D

You're welcome. :) I write and perform every piece on the site and try to add a new one each day. I hope you find something you can use! Please feel free to send me a link to your project...I love to see how people use my music.

Eric
