In this case, it is permitted. This one is a winner (not because of the nose) but due to the light and the sunglasses she looks like a celebrity avoiding the paparazi.

I apologized in advance about the nose to acknowledge your past reprimands. :)

Her response to a camera pointed in her direction is to pause, pose, smile, and then resume her activity.
