Hi,
I took my 17-55MM EF-S f/2.8 IS to the Air & Space Annex at Dulles Airport near Washington DC yesterday. This was my third trip and I had previously used my 50MM f/1.4 Prime and my 10-22MM EF-S f/3.5-4.5 to take shots there. The 50MM made great shots but I could never frame the shot I wanted correctly. The 10-22MM also made great shots...but I had to use my flash for most shots. The sheer size of the building requires a zoom in order to frame shots correctly. Of my three trips this one with the 17-55MM EF-S IS lens was the clear winner in my mind. I never used flash at all. I got sharp close ups and sharp DoF shots. The flexibility of this lens continues to amaze me. Here is a couple of samples: The Enola Gay: 1/15th, f/2.8, 33MM, ISO 400 The Pan Am: 1/50th, f/3.5, 17MM, ISO 800 Enjoy,
