From a trip to the zoo the other day. Now that I've used my Sigma 50-150 with the 7D2, it works well and better not fail. It's no longer available. Too bad, it's a nice lens.

I've been fighting a gastrointestinal virus bug for a whole week. I just realized that I haven't taken a single capture with my 7DII since last Saturday. That fact that I have thought of that could be considered a positive and proof that I am feeling better.

Twas no fun. :(

Hi there!

Last night i got to shoot something that i'm now used to... a small fashion show!

The idea was to test out the high iso performance of the 7D2 and i think it turned out ok, altough i'm not into this kind of photography!

Had to use my Tamron SP 70-300mm VC USD F4-5.6 because i don't have any f2.8/f4 at the moment!

Here are some sample shoots all at ISO 8000!

edit: i don't know why, but the iso here says 6400 when it is actually 8000 on all of them!

Went for a trip to Farne Islands a month ago. Due to the weather I could only spend one hour on Staple Island, but even so it was well worth it. I managed quite a few shots I was happy with. All were with the 100-400II

Not technically an "owner", but borrowing a 7D2 from where I work for the weekend to get some test shots. It's not my 1Dx but still a very capable camera and I feel like the colors and White balance looked better on the 7D2, although it's hard to make a fair comparison as I was shooting them at different parts of the track.

Thanks
