That's it.. i have officially caved. Myyyy preciousss has been ordered today and will hopefully arrive tomorrow but most likely on Monday. If it's Monday this will be the longest weekend ever in history of mankind.

I have to admit i've been drooling in these 135/2 threads for the past few years. :)

Trust me, you won't be disappointed (unless the delivery guy doesn't come til Monday). It's just a fantastic lens. My favorite by a mile.

Oh yes i will definitely not be disappointed by what i have seen in these threads during the years. I'd love to have it this weekend as i will be shooting a big watergun fight in the city with lots of people. The 135/2 would probably do a fantastic job on a event like that. :)

It will replace my broken beyond repair 70-200 lens.

/ Magnus

An ongoing joke with my wife, she always squints or blinks when i take a picture of her out in mid day light. 10 for 10 she blinked, this is the best :)

If anyone visits Chester (England) as a tourist, you have to visit the donut store in the clock bridge, its there you have to search for it, located at the point nearest Clarks shoe store.

First "L" for me. Arrived yesterday and just opened it up today. My back isn't letting me get around too good today so I've been housebound most of the day. Here's one of my first images...

A couple of very different images but both with this lens. I really do love this lens but I really find I need a fast shutter speed.
