Shot some up and coming acts on Friday for Creation Sessions Scotland. Then Covered a few on the Saturday at Wickerman, including Jimmy Cliff, Neneh Cherry and The Sonics.

Just got asked to cover Mick Harvey ( Ex Bad Seeds ) on Sunday night a few minutes ago so I'm looking forward to that.

Been taking it easy over the last few weeks due to a broken left thumb, but I'm waiting on a schedule for a series of promo/location shots with a band I've covered live. Will be mainly using a tripod and an assistant to move my equipment for me so I can do the rest one handed.

Got a few multi band gigs in September so I'll need both hands for that

Doing a photo shoot for a single release later today, then tomorrow up and coming Manchester band Alias Kid in Glasgow with 3 other bands I know and have shot before.

Going to be a busy weekend as I might be doing a video interview on Sunday with a fairly large band and I'm doing live video on Saturday night of another band as part of a promo video project. Trying to leave the rest of next week free to work and submit my shots but I'm starting to get more requests so looks like I'll need to somehow find more than 24 hours in each day :-)

Shooting Emmylou Harris and Rodney Crowell this Saturday night. They're playing as part of the 450th Anniversary celebration for St. Augustine (the oldest city in the country). I absolutely abhor the thought of going downtown this weekend but, hey, a gig's a gig...

Im not shooting anyone this weekend, but i did shoot Toni Braxton during the week.
nice small intimate venue, seating only, and a couple of girls 3 or 4 rows back wind up in a brawl during the second song
first time i have seen an artist stop singing for a fight, and the last place i would have expected to see it.

A bunch of local landmarks (statues, lakes, shopping centers, etc.) and also have a few residential real-estate listings to shoot as well. It'll be a busy weekend for sure.

Got a call to shoot a R&B up and coming group this weekend, had a few places in mind for them to get some candid shots. So Sunday morning(tomorrow) probably 2-4 hours min.

Sunday night shooting promo and mag shots for solo R&B artist, going home tonight to get lighting and misc gear packed prepped and charged for public night shoot. Hoping that this will repeat itself as I have found or rather record label promo/publicist found me. He has some new artist and some public figures already out but as usual I was asked for confidentiality unless otherwise informed.

i never get enough notice to post in this thread until after i have shot the gig.

Shot Joan Baez a few nights back, The Waifs last week, and Toni Braxton a few weeks ago (best lit gig ever - 1/250 f4 400ISO, also the first gig i have ever been to where a fight broke out and the artist stopped performing till the fight was stopped)
