no scratches. Its made of glass so doesn't get marked up. My lee gnds are resin though so they get scratched at the edges when sliding In and out but obviously that part isn't in the shot anyway. When using the big stopper remember to put it in the a lot closest to the lens

Thanks and that's good to hear! I'm very excited to get rid of my B+W cirular 10 stop and get the square filters, I should post in this thread much more once I get it :D

I switched from the B+W 10 stop to the big shopper, while I got some great photos with the B+W the Lee is much more convenient for changing the framing of the shot and making adjustments just put the knob and it comes right off. I felt that every time i was in thewater or on big rocks I was going to drop the B+W

Convenience is my main reason too. Lifting the filter up compared to having to unscrew it is much faster, especially when you're shooting at dusk/dawn and the light is constantly changing.

Here are a few with the B+W 110 10 stop. Shooting these has confirmed for me that I definitely want the Lee Big and Little Stopper

Few shots I took at the Fort Pierce Inlet in Florida. Using a Lee big stopper and a .9 GND. I believe all 3 were just over 2 minutes.

One of the LE's I shot while in Yosmeite last week. I actually shot this one twice, once with the LEE BS and once with the FH 10 Stop...I will try to post the SOOC comparison for fun later. I got to spend 4 days opening the eyes of a friend of mine to the LE world, he was blown away and has been reinvigorated with photography again.

Anyway, 90 Seconds with the LEE BS and LEE .9 SGND. One of my favorites from the trip.

Thanks Eddie. The reflection was the main element for me, I really wanted a nice reflection, the LE took the little bit of texture out of the moving water enough to make it work out.
