Makes on wonder why they stay here all year. Although clearly they are finding enough food. These pics were taken today, a dreary, cloudy Nova Scotia winter day.

I REALLY like those shots, it really does tell a story, and it's just fun looking at him/her. You're right about the Wintry look, that shot shows that it's cold.

I wondered the same, why would they stay when ducks leave? :) Weird.
