i get Amazon gift cards from my sister every now and again (Christmas or Birthday) so i spend the on photo paraphernalia from them...

a little while ago, i picked up a speedlite lighting kit with umbrellas and stands and ive played around with them (not to my satisfaction) and i just recently got a background stand set (2 stands and crossbar) and 10' x 12' muslin background sheet (white)...

now i need to find time to play around with it, and convince my wife or daughter to stand in front of the whole kit and snap some pictures...

the muslin is kind of big but it's in dire need of ironing. what do i do after its ironed to keep it from getting wrinkled again?

Don't fold it up, roll it loosely, still not perfect, but far better. With a shallow DOF, the creases should disappear anyway. I mostly use a black background, then pull back the blacks to really lose the creases. The pic below had a black muslin background creased to buggery :)
