I use NCIX and Memory Express for all of my computer needs.
5 days I can see worst scenario but not 3 weeks!! I'd be yellin'
Hah yes, 3 weeks as of right now, and when they re-shiped, they used GROUND shipping for this. It was supposed to be Express Next Day. On top of that I was on hold 30 mins each phone call, x 6 calls, so yeah, 3 hours! And each time I got the same story about "it's been shipped to our warehouse, let's wait a couple days to see what happens". The support team only wanted to pass on the problem to somebody else basically but after 4 calls I went thru the entire sales support team. THEN I was told the drive was "shipped to the wrong customer" and they would have to write an "RMA" for the first drive, THEN ship out the new one to me. Talk about covering your butt for a mistake vs helping out the customer.
I've been buying from NCIX for 10 years, but the way they handled this I would have thought I was their first ever online customer.
