Thank you all very much. I was lucky that the butterfly came back a few times, allowing me to get the framing I wanted. The camera was tilted to get the shot, with no uprights in the background it worked OK.

Getting a little further away can make for a better picture. It did make it impossible for the experts to confirm the species.
