Whew! Finally got these done. My girl really wanted some spring photos in her senior album, so we ended up with a nice 3-season set. Here are some favorites. Feel free to ask me anything.

1.) Happy to get some shots among the crocuses before they disappeared (short window of time.) These first shots were actually taken in front of a bank!

2.)

3.)

4.) Trying to incorporate at much of "her" as we can. She loves to knit (actually, self-taught!)

5.)

6.)

7.) Her other two loves -- coffee and owls!

I love the black and white - the only thing I do notice is the mark about her left eye. I only mention it because it seems as though you retouched it in some of the color images (2, 3, 4) so if you are not adverse to retouching it you might consider it on the black and white especially.

All three sets were really awesome!

Oh, I will look at that. I think it's a birthmark.

Thank you! She, specifically, requested back-lighting. :)

Thanks! I will have to "sneak" up on her to get her teeth! She is determined NOT to show them (though there is nothing wrong with them, LOL.)

It does look like it is a birth mark <my post should have said above her left eye, not "about">

I know some people edit birthmarks - some don't. Myself I may lighten a mark like that but I don't generally remove it which is why I went back and looked at your other edits before posting the suggestion.

Either way an awesome photo!

Awesome Pictures. You have a beautiful daughter.

Wondering, did you user any lights since you are shooting against the sun? How were you able to get good lighting on her face while she is backlit?
