I knew I liked it because of the shadows. Now I know why. Thanks for the explanation.

There's always something to quibble about, just be thankful that you made a photo good enough to evoke this much emotion. It's a street shot that you captured accurately, yet creatively, that most people will stop to enjoy. Thanks for posting and congratulations.
