I got the D800 but I've had it since 2013. I wanted to keep the D700 as a backup but it was just collecting dust since I got the D800. After seeing the results of 36MP, I couldn't go back to 12MP :lol:

other than higher mp, do you notice a difference in color and render from the D700 and D800?

For some reasons, I like how the pictures renders on the older sensor (D60 and D300 from my experience).
