Great shots and great memories. As I recall, everyone who flew Frankenherk complained that it "flew crooked" from then on. I can't confirm that because I never flew it, but it was the most well known Herk in the fleet for quite some time . . .

I myself never flew on franky, but the day it returned from Depot I recovered it and back then it still used the european 1 colors and had Frankenherk across the front of the forms binder.... I also heard she never flew the same and required a lot of trim to fly straight and level.
