I love this one, and would also like to see it in color.

These evening images of KC are gorgeous with the warm blue hour tones David. BTW we just got back from Petit Jean State Park and had such a wonderful time. Thanks for the input on the campgrounds. Here is one of my first images from that adventure if you want to take a look...

Mike D.

Thanks Mike.

So good to hear you enjoyed Petit Jean. Next we need to try out Devils Den SP, which I understand is right there with Petit Jean as best SP in Arkansas.

Wish I could be there as I could learn a lot from you pros!

Nice shot of the Cheesecake Factory. Need to get down to the new Kaufman Center and get some shots as well.

Hey Mike, unrelated to this post, I just grabbed it because it's back to you. In case you might be interested, our (Union Pacific Railroad) historic and legendary Steam Engine is at Union Station today on display. It arrived yesterday at 330pm and will depart this evening or early in the morning. The schedule is attached here (http://www.up.com ...am-locomotive-memphis.htm (external link)). It's not a big deal to me as I've been around it for nearly 40yrs but to some it's a huge deal and draws throngs of crowds. Might be a good photo op especially when it's underway with steam billowing.

Just a thought.

I was down there earlier today and had no idea. I was shooting some of the fall foliage outside the front of Union Station. I might try to go back later this afternoon if I get a chance. Thanks for the heads up!

As the song goes ... I've been working on the railroad all the live long day.... 38 years and counting. There is a whole underground group of people that are lovingly referred to as "foamers", meaning they foam at the mouth with anything to do about trains. Especially Steam engines. People literally come out of the woodwork when these things are around. While I appreciate these people, I myself am quite tired of anything to do with trains. That said, you did make a very nice photo here I must say.
