You can try 1/200.......I can't remember if it catches the shutter. You can go higher with the Yongnuo 622TX.

I have those triggers. Does the flash have to support hss? I have Yn560 III and YN560 IV and YN622C.

The EXIF is wrong. I used a 150-600mm F5-6.3 DG OS HSM Contemporary lens.
