This is a snow melt fed stream in Colorado, quite cold. I lay on a sandbar that jutted out into the stream and guessed as to how to frame the action. It was so cold you could not stay with your arms and hands in the water for very long but it was fun! There are two females here, one slightly above the other, surrounded by four males. It has been my experience when a pair of Grayling start to spawn, it attracts other males who want in on the action. At times, the late joiners disrupt the action.
