I'm not sure since it isn't my photo, but it looks like an English Electric Canberra. Since the guy posting the image is from Texas I guess it is more likely to be the American licence built Martin B57. What does look odd is the anhedral outer wing section, giving the slight inverted gull wing effect. Not something I recall having seen on a Canberra before. I know they did convert several different Canberra marks as flying testbeds here in the UK, and I wouldn't be surprised to see that happen in the US too.

Although entering service in the 1950's the RAF were still using them for PR and Radar calibration in the early 1990's. They used them for calibration runs since they produce a very consistent radar cross section from almost any angle. I was a Radar T85 technician at RAF Neatishead in Norfolk back then and because of our location we used to get our inbound run on the aircrafts return to base leg, as they were just up the road at RAF Wyton. The number of times we missed lunch waiting for the run, just to have the aircraft develop some "issue" that required it to divert in to some other airfield was annoying. It almost seemed like the crew just wanted an excuse to land away for lunch.

Like BigAl said, this is a WB57F. It is the upgraded version of the Canberra. There are only three flying and this is one of them. This particular picture was taken in Guam. The plane is used for high altitude research, you can google it and there is quite a bit of info on it. I'll try to post more when I get home tonight.
