Today I was out and about in my neighborhood on the south side of Chicago. I ran into Will as I was walking back to my car from photographing an old car parked behind a gate. He saw my camera and immediately we struck up a conversation about photography and hip-hop. Next thing I know, I'm photographing him while he plays some of the songs he's made in his basement studio. It's always nice when you come across positive people who are as passionate about their craft as you are about yours.

This is extremely cool, and what photography is all about. I want to see the car shots too, though.:-)

Thanks, Jeff! I didn't really get one of the car that I liked. I might go back.

do any of you have blogs or photo pages with images from travel trip using your X100? I am still to be sold on the idea of just taking my X100 and X10 to Singapore and Cambodia this year rather than my DSLRs. Im sure they will do the job, I just find it hard to give up my full frame but th weight is off putting as well. Would be nice to see some images from travel from other X100 series camera owners

Here's a link to some travel photos I've taken with my X100 and my X100t. I travel for a living and I only bring my X100t with me. I do pack my Tcl-x100 converter in case I want to take a portrait but I rarely use it.

They all look great. I took the X100 to UK along with an Olympus pen, most shots were with the X100. I was only shooting in jpeg, maybe will be better RAW like I do for everything else I use

Here are a few more from yesterday's outing:

This is a panoramic made up of four vertical HDR shots:

I love the color palette. I never have the courage to edit with a cold feel.

And that #3 has real depth. I can see why you like it.

First photo I've edited from a photoshoot I did today. I was extremely nervous photographing a client for the first time. I used my X100T with the TCL-x100 attachment as well as my X-e2.
