Shallow depth of field/deeply blurred background.

I could post a hundred pictures of cats, wanted to send off into a different direction.

Ok, Mike....I'm stumped again! Twice in a row now I have been unable to see the obvious association.

.

"Your" and "you're" are different words with completely different meanings - please use the correct one.
"They're", "their", and "there" are different words with completely different meanings - please use the correct one.
"Fare" and "fair" are different words with completely different meanings - please use the correct one. The proper expression is "peace of mind", NOT "piece of mind".

Doesn't have to be an "obvious" association, can be obscure or even obtuse!

My guess is a food close up...

Right, it's food, and it's got some intentional blur

I've been dense also, never thought of "technique" associations.

Just a refresher from the original post...

...The relationship can be obvious - someone posts a picture of a dog, and the next picture is of a cat - or less so - photo of a steam train, then a train on a wedding dress...

No, the image that Tustin Mike first posted had nothing to do with food.
Looks like he edited his post and put a whole new image up instead of the one he had first posted.

Quite right, for a minute I'd posted another photo (of a Jaguar) because I was thinking about the cat photo (Cat/Jaguar), but then realized that was not the last photo so changed.

Some of these recent additions would be great entries in the new Digital Speed Challenge!
