Aah, beautiful! Absolutely delicious light! Too bad about the wing, I hate it when that happens!

If I don't get the shots I want with the gear I have, the only optics I need to examine is the mirror on the bathroom wall. The root cause will be there.

Agreed, thanks. I have some others with all the wings but I liked this one best. I will process and post the best of the others too as I get to them. Long day......

I play in two bands currently, one does American standards and some new stuff like Amy Winehouse (we have an awesome lady singer). The other has mutated into principally a sort of Allman Brothers tribute with some other stuff. We are almost ready to market both of them to play out. I am the new guy in the standards band and trying frantically to learn how to play that stuff. My wife is in both of them ad keyboardist vocal/backup vocals, and in addition she plays in a Led Zep tribute. They just did a huge show last night for Bike Week in Daytona Beach. They are really good. We are both trying to figure out all the tech stuff as we go, it is slow going....I have a 60 song list to go through, plus a load of Allman stuff to learn, my photography and a full time job running a busy medica/surgical practice-my wife's. We don't have a lot of free time. Not watching TV is key....

Im just getting back into playing/recording keyboards and my soft synth(moog) I am laying some riffs down for a musician friend who was quite welknown here in the UK and possibly the US in the band called Fashion, we have a global internet style band going on, its very exciting and enjoyable composing bits and pieces each night from the comfort of my laptop, and adding real keyboard sections when needed onto my tascam portable then saved to Wav files and eddited in Mix pad and Wave pad.

I used to be in a band back in the mid 80s and my best friend and bass player in our band was John Taylors cousin from Duran Duran, it was adventure building time and my main inspiration was nick rhodes from DD, I learned my playing back then on a Poly 800 synth and home made amp, and we recorded then on to tascam mini tapes.

All good stuff along with my camera.
