Can't leave out the Tufted Puffin (sorry for the narrow DOF... he was so close to me and I didn't have time to make any changes as I was afraid he would scoot away).

If I don't get the shots I want with the gear I have, the only optics I need to examine is the mirror on the bathroom wall. The root cause will be there.

I prefer to be in the bush with the animals than a crowded city.

Aussie definitely have some amazing parrots!

In the late 1990’s we had 1 or 2 Rainbow Lorikeets visit our suburban back yard when there was a severe drought in Queensland, lasting some 4 or 5 years.

Since then their numbers have slowly increased and we now have several flocks of Rainbow Lorikeets that drop by for a bath and a drink.

Cheers

Dennis
