Does anyone know of a tripod quick release playe that firs the X100t well? mine is kind of square and hangs over the edges of the bottom of the camera. Would rather it fit snugly.

I use a £20 L bracket I found on eBay - it's designed to fit the body snug and in general I prefer them to normal tripod plates. My only gripe is that while it fits the body perfectly, it was clearly designed for the X100S as the battery door is about half a mm off so the hole in the L bracket doesn't open unless the bracket itself is loosened. It's rather annoying as I bought it so I didn't have to keep removing the plate to change the battery!

Thanks Jeff. It takes a couple shots to get the exposure correct shooting in manual flash as I got spoiled with ETTL. That little Canon flash does work well with the X100s in terms of flash output.
