Great shots!

Regarding high ISO, your pictures look very clean being as it was shot at very high ISO, did you have to apply a lot of NR in post? Typically I have to apply 25-30% NR in Lightroom when using 3200-4000 ISO.

Thank you.

Top and bottom are cleaned up while the middle shot is not. I use Adobe Camera RAW to clean up the noise. I duplicate the layer in Photoshop than remove the noise in camera raw on the bottom layer than just take the eraser and start erasing the noise on the top layer. Simple and easy for removing noise in particular areas ie Backgrounds in most cases. Last shot came out really good considering its at 25,600 ISO. :-)

My first car was a 1970 Chevelle. It's still my favorite muscle car! Thanks for posting.

Much appreciate the detailed explanation and once again quite impressive particularly the last shot with the high ISO.

wow

Hockey and wedding photographer. Favourite camera / lens combos: a 1DX II with a Tamron 45 1.8 VC, an A7Rii with a Canon 24-70F2.8L II, and a 5DSR with a Tamron 85 1.8 VC. Every lens I own I strongly recommend [Canon (35Lii, 100L Macro, 24-70F2.8ii, 70-200F2.8ii, 100-400Lii), Tamron (45 1.8, 85 1.8), Sigma 24-105]. If there are better lenses out there let me know because I haven't found them.

That's incredible. Can you share the story behind the shot?
