Still playing around with the drone when I have time, have not taken many photos with it yet, need to get out to more locations with it.

Had a lot of fun throwing this together over the last few days...

Nice video. I've seen many of these compilation videos with some good music on them. Where did you get your music for this video?

I hope this thread gets more use. Lots of great potential for some awesome photos. I just ordered a Phantom 4 pro last night and after I get some flying practice in I'll be working on some photos from the air.

Can't wait!

Very nice! Excellent colors and views. I hope to get similar shots when I get used to flying mine. Looks pretty simple from the videos I've watched.

Went out yesterday morning, turned my PS3 on and was prompted for an update ( wouldn't show camera image on my phone ). Did the update, sent her up upon which she immediately started to drift. Went about 60/70m high and I lost sight of her until I heard her behind me. Fought with controls and saw her do another loop around me and when she got above a field I managed to get her to drop. Landed her softly in a wheat crop but then lost sight of her.

Feeling relieved she was down I went in after her. 50 feet in i hear the usual "Oi get orf my laaand" Tried to explain to an irate farmer what I was doing he was having none of it and ordered me out. Well no way was I ditching it there so I carried on. I eventually found it by hearing it whirring trying to spin the props ( 6ft away by then ). Rescued it then went to see farmer who was furious by then, he tried to order me from the area, so I politely apologised but pointed out he didn't own the county, just the fields and I was going nowhere. I tried to shake his hand and apologised again but he jumped in his truck and told me to P155off.

Ah well, some you win, and some you lose. Got to figure the drone out now vmad

I would have told him that I'm going in after it so it doesn't ruin any of your crops. I'll be right out. Some people just don't understand.

I hope I don't have this issue. They carry guns around here and won't have any trespassing.
