I think you mean whisky :). Adding the 'e' means it doesn't originate in Scotland.

 Damn spell checker - whisky ONLY comes from Scotland, everything else is fake

Edit:
Just told a local friend who's Scottish that I had committed the deadly sin of mistakenly adding an 'e'. He went off in a huff muttering that I'll never be allowed back into Scotland again.

A busy day and too many people behind the bird to get a decent shot.

Sorry, images not taken with a 6D, but they are pics OF a 6D

But they are of a 6D in a manner most of us have never before seen. (Except perhaps after a number of whiskys ;) ) :D

You got that close to the Salton Sea?
Did you have a mask on? Did you disinfect?

Had a spot of bother involving a heavy tea mug and my 6D - just don't ask! I had managed to smash the LCD in the top cover and damage the control buttons, the rest of the camera was ok. Having been a former precision electronics engineer, I decided to get a new part and fix it myself. Parts suitably acquired, camera stripped down, and parts replaced. Camera is now back and working again.

For those interested, the "weather sealing" is virtually non-existent on the 6D, and there are several places where water can easily ingress IMHO. I thought I'd been reasonably careful with mine, and had always wiped off any rain splashes, but I found evidence around the seams between panels of water ingress. It hadn't caused any damage as it had not reached any electronic parts, but a cautionary tale for those taking the camera out in rain or snow.

The worst areas I found were around the lens mount and the lens lock button, followed by the baseplate and then the joint behind the viewfinder eye cup. All cleaned up ok, but again beware, these are clearly vulnerable areas. No pics to show of the water marks alas, but you won't be too surprised to hear my key interest was getting the camera back together before I lost one of the many many screws, of which few are the same size!

Sorry, images not taken with a 6D, but they are pics OF a 6D

i vaguely remember a guy tearing down a 1D mk III to replace the sensor, or shutter, or both, that was comprehensively documented. looooads of really scary pics of tiny screws, pcbs and ribbon cables and honestly not much room for it all in the body
