have not been yet but leaning towards just taking X100 and perhaps an X10 as backup. I took the X100 to UK and looking back on photos Im pretty happy. The difference is unlike last time this time i will shoot RAW

possibly a stupid question but does shooting in jpeg mean they buffer faster on these cameras than a RAW shot.?

Less details in a JPEG file versus a RAW file, so it will take less time to clear the buffer. But the actual times will depend on what speed card you have in the camera.
