It was amazing to watch this Juvenile Spotted Flycatcher on the twig just above a flowing river catching flies. It was almost as if it was plucking the flies out of the air as they passed by without any effort at all. The RSPB have recently put this bird as a Red Status as numbers in the past few years have drastically declined.

Cirl Bunting, The only place you can see these birds are on the South Devon Coast. There are less than 1000 of them. They can be difficult to see amongst the trees, it's only their calling that gives them away.
