Digital:
Bodies: Canon 60D, T1i, Elan 7NE
EF lenses:
100-400L, just got it. Sold 135L and 200 2.8L to pay for it.
70-210 f/3.5-4.5 USM, nice from 5.6
28-105 f/3.5-4.5 USM, nice from 5.6
24 2.8, nice from 5.6
50 1.8
85 1.8
100 Macro 2.8
Tokina 19-35

EF-s Lenses:
10-22
18-55
18-135

Yachica film bodies: FX-2, FX-3 Super 2000 (x2)
C/Y mount glass:
Vivitar 70-210 3.5
Vivitar 75-205 3.5-4.5 MC
VIvitar 28-105 2.8-3.8
Yashica 135 2.8 MLc
Yashica 135 2.8
Soligor 70-160 (for sale)
Tokina 35-200 3.5-4.5 (for sale)
Yashica 50 1.9c
Yashica 50 1.9 x2
Yashica 28 2.8 x2
Yashica 28-80

Perhaps I should let go of some of my film stuff. I considered it. For what I could get for most of it, it is not worth the time involved to sell it. Which is a shame, some of that glass is really good. Maybe I'll donate it to a photography course at Indiana University.

What I got now:

- Canon 50mm. F1.8II (about a year)
- Canon 24-70L F2.8 (1/2 year)
- Canon 85LII (2 days)

My perfect setup will be

- 35LII/24LII
- 85LII
- 14 Samyang or 17-40L or 16-35L
- 24-70L
- 70-200F2.8LII

So I just have 3 lenses now. I don't like to have tons of lenses, because I want to use them all to get worth for my money.

Ah-keong do you use the 18-35mm as a general walk around lens? The 50-100 Art tends to be a little long for my average use so I'm considering the 18-35.

Thanks,
Joe

I'm selling my 7DII, so the only EF-S lens I have, 10-22, is going too.

So that only leaves me with:

24-105 F/4L II
70-200 F/4L

I would like to eventually get:

16-35 F/4L
24-70 F/2.8L (to possibly replace my 24-105 but I'm not sure yet)
100-400 II is a pipe dream
A good prime lens for lightweight trips (no idea which one)

I would say it depends. Currently I am using it as a general walk around lens. My three commonly used focal length are 18mm (~28mm), 22mm (~35mm), 31mm (~50mm) where the 22mm is the most commonly used focal length for general street shooting.

I am looking at the 50-100 Art or the Canon 70-200mm IS mark II (should I get a FF body in the future) for events and portraits purpose. May I ask what shutter speed do you usually use for the 50-100 Art?

I haven't really shot any action with it, but usually have the 50-100 at between 1/100 and 1/160 shutter speed. Have not missed IS on it one bit, and the heft makes it easier to hold steady.

Ended up ordering the 18-35 used on eBay, figures a clean copy shows up on the forum for sale right after!

in this case, you may want to get the Sigma USB dock, to get the AF more precise....
I shall save up for the 50-100mm! :p

I have the dock already, my 30mm f/1.4 Art needed a little adjustment and so did my 150-600 C and I figured the 50-100 would but it didn't. Hoping my copy of the 18-35 is within MFA range on my 80D, although it seems like the major AF issues have been resolved in more recent copies unlike when they first came out.
