It was hot yesterday evening in So Cal, seeing was terrible, but the Moon looked amazing so took a shot anyway.

The first quarter Moon near Jupiter last night, with Jupiter's 4 largest moons visible. Two exposures merged to create this image (both with my 6D and 70-200 f/4L).

Thanks! I picked up the Jovian moons with a 0.6 sec exposure at f/5 and 800 iso.
