Overall the composition is quite good. It just needs a little tweaking and some post. Shadows go blue at this time of evening, a bit too much so for my taste. To fix it use the blue luminance slider, open it a little and at the same time desaturate the blue a bit. A curve adjustment for global shadows would be helpful as well. One more thing, that's a lot of foreground. Cut the bottom to the intersection of the paver walk on the left to the grass either on the lower side of the walk, that will focus the attention on the structure and the fire pit next to it.

I did lighten the blues quite a bit. It was shot right before a thunder storm. If the architect was OK with it I would have filled in the cinema on the right with grass.
