Canon NZ lent me a 6d mk2 for the weekend.

Did you use it enough to be able to compare it to the 6D? I think most people are curious as to whether or not there has been an increase in dynamic range.

The first shot at least is a composite according to the shooter in his comments on Flickr so not truly representative of what the sensor can achieve, not taking anything away from the images but has to be said about the execution.

SO far I am thinking the DR isnt any different to the 6d..

That first shot I would have been blending even with my sony though, those rocks are dark!
