both are great captures! Colours on the first are great - really stands out, but any bet it's not easy to spot on certain occasions

Their a fast moving little devil. The hairy juvi I had almost on my hand tonight.

The trick with extenders is to double ensure your lens is stable-meaning tripod/monopod and a hand near the
end of your lens to dampen any vibration. When I started this technique my "savers" improved drastically. Great
Yellowthroat image too. What cannot be helped is the AF speed-it is what it is as they say.
