Nikon D850; Medium Format?

If you go to B&H's website and choose the DSLR category, three sensor sizes are available. APS-C, Full Frame, and Full Frame 645. The Full Frame 645 category is new, and there's only one camera under it. What camera? The Nikon D850.

Could it be a medium format camera? That'd be a pretty crazy move by Nikon that I don't think anyone saw coming.

Nikon Press Release (external link)

Nikon's official press release says "next generation FF", and later "FX format". Would think they would keep it FX, because of their lens collection.

If I search for Nikon FF 645, the B&H link is the only thing I find. It's not listed under medium format. And then when you click on the camera, the description includes: "Currently in development, the Nikon D850 DSLR is the next step in their FX-format journey.". So it looks more like just a clerical error on B&H's part.

Yeah I don't think Nikon would make the D850 medium format.

I don't believe Nikon have a medium format camera before. This change would also require news lenses.
