Chickadees are so tame when they get used to you. When I'm in the vegetable garden one guy will sit on the bean trellis just a couple feet away content as can be, saying his, "chickadee, dee, dee, dee", while I tend to the plants.

I am getting much sharper pics with live view using 17-50mm. I think, it is front focusing with view finder.

Did you try with AFMA?

Even though it was a dull day, I love the way the green from the field was still illuminating the undeside of the buzzard.

Here is my first attempt at star trails. For some reason the 80D intervalometer kept stopping even though I told it to take 90 shots. I ended up with around 60 but had to keep going outside to press the shutter button. Anyone experience this before?

Settings were ISO 3200, 30s, f/5.6 at 20mm. 20mm because I forgot to zoom out after focusing at 20mm. I used StarStax to combine the images. It's very easy to use.

Two bee shots from today. I didn't get a lot of good shots today because it was pretty windy, plus the weather turned bad about 30 minutes after I went outside :-(

Got to take the 80D out for another spin last weekend. I am impressed with it and the 18-55 STM. There was quite a bit of green CA above the orange letters at the very top but easily corrected in Lr. Very happy with the detail for a $65 lens.

The images were originally posted in "Lets See Your Abandoned and Dilapidated Buildings / Ruins" thread in to "Urban Life & Travel" forum. If you have that forum filtered from your index list it will not show the images.
