I love the light on her face and the catch light in her eye, that's near about perfect......but the thing to the right, the sort of slanted thing.....that's pretty distracting.

Might have been a little better to either see her other eye completely or not at all. But in general I like it.

There's also the sub-rule of don't let the nose cross the cheek buuut the good totally outweighs the "rules" in this case imo very nice image
