This was shot with the 135L and the 6D and was lit by the AD600.
I draw a blank when it comes to posing.. I kinda like this pose but now I wish I would have had her shift her weight to the other leg.
The picture I'm posting now is the real color of the dress. Looking like I need to invest a few bucks and get a grey card, right? Right now I'm just putting the camera on auto white balance. I have another girl coming over tomorrow, could I get away with taking a "test shot" with her holding a white peice of paper or shoot and fill the frame with a white peice of paper?

All a bit dark and dingy for me. I assume you applied some sort of soft focus to this, personally I think if you just softened the skin and not the whole picture then it would look better.
I love darkness, but here it feel that lighter background would make things better. Even that you use, as it looks, only one light from the side, it appears on the flat side. Reflector would be nice.

Her hand is more in focus than her face, so I think DThriller caught it.
