I think I have found my first major complain about Fuji well I'm not sure if it's camera or lens related
But I noticed especially with the 56 that thing's in the distance another words not the main subject in focus often get this weird look
Like a smooth loss of detail type effect almost like smeared
Again it's more evidence a lot more evident with the 56 then it is with my 23
Not really visible when looking at picture normally.. so I'm thinking I shouldn't let it bother me yet it does I've got another 6 days that I can return the 56
But again not sure if this is lens or camera issue then I've also or read that there are issues with Fuji raw files and Lightroom
Tonight I will try to experiment with editing only with Photoshop and see if that helps somehow?
Are you referring to the 'worms'? https://www.exploringexposure.com ...pening-fujifilm-raw-files
I have this with my X100T in Lightroom, I believe it's has improved over the years, and I only get it on foliage. My most recent photos of the heather and trees showed a huge amount of it. I haven't tried other editing software as it's doesn't effect me enough to warrant it, but Capture One etc. don't seem to have this issue.
Which sensor do you have? There's Lightroom sharpening settings that can mitigate the worms.
