Taking my lens to get a shot of the today's eclipse (I could only see a partial eclipse, near 50% maximum coverage from the moon)

Perfect lens for live music photography on a full frame to allow for high ISO. If only it wasn't white....would blend in better. Another stop of light would be great but then it would be too heavy and bulky! I've been thinking about the Tamron 70-200 2.8 for music because it has more light and is black in color! But I do like this lens.
