Coming in for a landing at the railroad bridge over the C&D canal. I like the shadow of the head on the wing.

Difficult angle and I can be wrong (According to my wife very offen...;o)) ), but for me it looks more like an (Hydroprogne caspia) - Caspian Tern...., and that explain the large wingspand (Worlds Largest Tern)
