Was driving and saw this opportunity and grabbed my camera with the C1 setting dialed in(f8, 1/1000 and auto iso) and clicked.
A little too high ISO (16000) on this capture but turned out ok .

My Rhode Island Red chicken Ginger. Caught her as she was taking a drink of water during her breakfast. I was sitting in a chair, about ten feet away from the water dish. The shutter clicking caused her to stare at me for a few moment, cocking her head in different angles. She looked at me for about two minutes, then went back to drinking her water and ignoring me. Such is the life of a chicken.
