If I ever get a Sony, the A9 may be the camera, but only after prices drop, maybe when an "A 11" comes out.

Most of what I've seen looks great. Although the price and features are more than I need whether mirrorless or DSLR. But the AR 7 ii never really seemed to bridge the gap completely enough, and the A9 is more what I would have hoped the AR7 ii could have been.

I bought the A9 right when it came out and sat it on the shelf, too busy with work, finally used it for the first time Monday and it's impressive. I love it!!

Excellent review. As I just sold my canon gear, I’m going to be moving to Sony. I decided on the A7R3 instead of the A9. Hope I don’t regret that decision.
