I feel the same way about my wife. Much prefer no makeup. Not that she ever wears any, but the principal holds.

Beautiful lady, if she looks like that without make up, then she's genuinely beautiful. Women who layer on make up look atrocious to me, I don't understand why they do it. If I made my money doing portraits, in my little dream world of things being perfect, I'd try and do it with women as naturally beautiful as her....

How's this? Tried to get the pupils to look natural, but am a bit "eh" on how I did because they seem so dark now.

I do as well. But then agin they are not that noticeable to begin with. Really no difference between the original and the second. Nice shot any way around it.
