I'm looking for a affordable lens for landscape and this lens seems to fit the bill. Is this a good choice for landscape?

Seeing you have a FF camera I would think the 14mm would be a bit wide. You can use it, but I think a 24mm would be adequate. That's my .02 cents.

If you are fine with Manual focus and the focal length, it is a good lens. Can't say much more without more info on what you are looking for.

It's great, but remember that 14mm on a full frame really shines when you're in a tight spot, making it a bit of a specialized lens. If you're looking at a vast landscape, you'll likely be working in the 24-50mm range, if you're shooting close up on features that are close together the 14mm does a great job of opening up the space and really emphasizing the foreground subject.

You can't directly mount filters to the Rok either, which I think limits it for landscapes. I use it for night photography when I don't use filters. I prefer my 16-35 f/4 for landscape work.

Yes you can. I have the WonderPana system, a 4 stop ND, and a 3 stop Grad from mine. Still, the ultra wide angle limits it's usefulness.

Wow, thanks for the correction, Scatterbrained! That wasn't available when I got my 14 and I haven't looked for a system since. Looks nicely done. Thanks for sharing!

I LOVE my Rokinon 14mm f2.8. I use it on my full frame D600 all the time. It is an EXCELLENT lens for astrophotography and shoots very well directly into the sun.

Here's a couple of examples of mine.
