Had fun shooting today, couldn't wait to get back to Lightroom so this is a phone edit.

I like picture 2.

I might crop out the top of the light post, her shirt looks pretty wrinkled which is exacerbated by the light angle. The top of her jeans poking a dimple in the shirt material is a bit of a distraction. But overall good.

On the lighting...I typically follow the "rule"

Short lighting on guys = good (ideal)
Short lighting on gals = bad (typically)
Broad lighting on guys = not ideal, can get away with it
Broad lighting on gals = good (ideal)

Your images:
1 = broad lighting, works well
2 = Short lighting, a little harsh IMO
3 = Short, not terrible
4 = Short but it works since she's not looking at camera
5 = broad, works

Just my opinion and none of the images are "ruined" due to it, but could be better w/ different lighting types.

Nice exposures and lighting. I don't think any one looks good smiling with braces though and I would wait till she gets them off for the smile shots. Of course here abouts some people (her age) go out and get braces put on when they don't even need them...thinking it's stylish or something.
