I haven't posted here in a while so I thought I'd pop in and share a few of my favorite autumn portraits of my own kids so far this fall. You can see many more on my Flickr (external link) if you'd like.

All good, but number three is great. Even though as a guitarist, I know he's not actually playing it. :D

I have been following your work Lisa and even bought one of your fall tutorials...it was very informative to say the least. I know that you have used the Mkiii with that amazing 200mm F2L glass for a lot of your work. I see now that you have the MkIV and was wondering if you can see any difference in image quality over the Mkiii? Have you ever used the built in wifi for studio work and if so, how did it perform? I have been contemplating upgrading and want some input from someone who has the camera about its performance...thanks for any reply and I LOVE your work!

There is no doubt that the first is a winner from this series.

All of these portraits are good and has fine and natural expression onface and a good eyes contact and a nice smile. Nice pose of your model. Maybe only I would prefer to see a slightly more space in down part of photo, however this cropping works well for me here. Besides, maybe try with remove these cutted parts of branches which are situated on the right side of photo near the right frame.

Nice pose of your model. Besides color tones of background gives a nice color contrats here, background is nicelly blurred thanks the use f/2.5. However there is something, this element of this fence out of the focus which partially obscured your model's right shoe, this is unfortunate here in my opinion. I think that if you could try with keep your camera on a slightly higher level it could help here, because in my opinion slightly cropp down part of photo has no sense in this case.

A nice theme with these falling autumn leaves in this scenery. Great portraits, well done and composed.
