It is good that you had that many photos.
Nice shots, what is the Canon 180mm like to use (I am not planning to buy just out of interest).

It is of course much heavier than the 100mm classic, I prefer it for the fine manual focus, tighter perspective and the slightly longer reach helps to not disturb plants things might be on by pushing into them. Better also for tripod and beanbag use (the 100mm on a beanbag tends to have its focus ring disturbed).

But I would switch to the 100mm for things in the undergrowth, the smaller lens and shorter length is better to push in between grasses.

Technicaly the build quality of the 180 is much better and I would say the Bokeh is much better, slightly sharper.
