The titles to the links beneath the images shows that he knows exactly who the riders and teams are.
He's just throwing in a little bit of humor in his post, which is pretty funny if you follow MotoGP.

Great shots, btw!

Very very nice images, i really like the colors and sharpness, i remember in the past i looked at something nice colorful and sharp done with Canon 1D MarkIIN, so that i bought that camera back then, sports and motorsports what made me to buy 1D series camera and i never regret buying them, the only regret was that i didn't buy 1D Mark4 back then when it was available as brand new.

Great to see that 5D3 can do the job, and the lens isn't that expensive too, not that of 300-400 2.8 II or 500-600 big whites, so did you use extender with some shots as i see @560mm on some? and how is the focus then?

I picked up the 5D iii back in 2013 with the 400mm f5.6 L and it was a complete revelation over the 40D and Sigma 100-300 f4 that I was using before. I kept hold of an old Sigma 1.4x non-DG I had back then and that's what I've used on the majority of these.... It vignettes bad (but is relatively simple to correct in post) and cuts the focus accuracy quite significantly... but when it works, it works spectacularly well :D
